PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power demand prediction system capable of surely predicting an electric power demand in buildings compared with the conventional art.SOLUTION: A power demand prediction system 10 is constructed so as to execute: processing of dividing a history of a past electric power consumption into fixing history data as a history in the case where the lowest consumption power is consumed as a constant value and fluctuation history data as the history of electric power consumption exceeding the lowest electric power consumption; processing of forming fixing demand data as a value as minimum expected in a future electric power demand on the basis of the fixing history data; and processing of forming the fluctuation demand data as the electric power demand exceeding the lowest electric power demand in the future electric power demand on the basis of the fluctuation history data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】建物における電力需要を、従来よりも正確に予測することのできる電力需要予測システムを提供する。【解決手段】この電力需要予測システム１０は、過去における電力消費の履歴を、最も消費電力が小さかったときにおける最低消費電力が、一定値として消費されていたとした場合の履歴である固定履歴データと、最低消費電力を超える分の消費電力の履歴である変動履歴データと、に分ける処理と、固定履歴データに基づいて、将来の電力需要のうち最低限見込まれる値である固定需要データを作成する処理と、変動履歴データに基づいて、将来の電力需要のうち最低電力需要を超える分の電力需要である変動需要データを作成する処理と、を実行するように構成されている。【選択図】図２
