PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a transistor capable of increasing an on-state current.SOLUTION: The display device includes: a substrate; a first insulating layer having a first side wall; an oxide semiconductor layer arranged on the first side wall; a gate electrode arranged facing the oxide semiconductor layer; a gate insulating layer arranged between the oxide semiconductor layer and the gate electrode; a first transparent conductive layer arranged between the oxide semiconductor layer and the substrate and connected to one side of the oxide semiconductor layer; a first electrode arranged on the side opposite to the substrate of the first insulating layer and connected to the other side of the oxide semiconductor layer; and a second transparent conductive layer connected to the first transparent conductive layer and being the same layer as the first transparent conductive layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】オン電流を向上させることができるトランジスタを有する表示装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】表示装置は、基板と、第１側壁を有する第１絶縁層と、第１側壁に配置された酸化物半導体層と、酸化物半導体層に対向して配置されたゲート電極と、酸化物半導体層とゲート電極との間に配置されたゲート絶縁層と、酸化物半導体層と基板との間に配置され、酸化物半導体層の一方に接続された第１透明導電層と、第１絶縁層の基板とは反対側に配置され、酸化物半導体層の他方に接続された第１電極と、第１透明導電層に接続され、第１透明導電層と同一層の第２透明導電層と、を有する。【選択図】図３
