Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a convenient member for fuel cell, which allows for reliable sintering of a protective film when forming the protective film in a part of the surface of a meal substrate.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a member for fuel cell by performing a deposition step for wet depositing a protective film material, mainly composed of inorganic oxide particles containing a Co component, in a part of the surface of a metal substrate for use in a solid oxide fuel cell, and a sintering step for sintering the metal substrate deposited in the deposition step, the protective film material contains an acrylic binder, and the sintering step is performed in a reduction atmosphere capable of performing both decomposition of the acrylic binder, and sintering of the inorganic oxide particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】金属基材の表面の一部分に保護膜を形成するに際して、その保護膜を確実に焼結することができ、しかも、他の部分に酸化被膜を生じない、簡便な燃料電池用部材の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】固体酸化物形燃料電池に用いられる金属基材の表面の一部分にCo成分を含有する無機酸化物粒子を主材とする保護膜材料を湿式成膜する成膜工程、成膜工程で成膜された金属基材を焼結する焼結工程、を順に行う燃料電池用部材の製造方法であって、保護膜材料が、アクリル系バインダを含むとともに、焼結工程を、アクリル系バインダの分解と無機酸化物粒子の焼結とをともに実行可能な還元雰囲気で行う。【選択図】図1 |
