Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented silicon steel sheet excellent in recyclability, low in core loss and having high magnetic flux density, and to provide a production method capable of stably producing the steel sheet.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a non-oriented silicon steel sheet where a slab containing, by mass%, C: 0.0050% or lower, Si: 1.0 to 4.0%, Mn: 0.10 to 3.0%, sol.Al: 0.0050% or lower, P: 0.01 to 0.20%, S: 0.0050% or lower, N: 0.0050% or lower, Cu: 0.02 to below 0.10% and Mg: 0.0005 to 0.0100% is subjected to hot rolling, cold rolling and finish annealing, where, in the case hot rolled sheet annealing is not performed, the coiling temperature after the hot rolling is controlled to 650°C or higher, and, in the case hot rolled sheet annealing is performed, the annealing temperature is controlled to 750 to 1,150°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】リサイクル性に優れ、低鉄損で高磁束密度の無方向性電磁鋼板を提供するとともに、上記鋼板を安定して製造することができる製造方法を提案する。【解決手段】mass%で、C:0.0050%以下、Si:1.0〜4.0%、Mn:0.10〜3.0%、sol.Al:0.0050%以下、P:0.01〜0.20%、S:0.0050%以下、N:0.0050%以下、Cu:0.02%以上0.10%未満、および、Mg:0.0005〜0.0100%を含有するスラブを熱間圧延し、冷間圧延し、仕上焼鈍を施す無方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法において、熱延板焼鈍を施さない場合には上記熱間圧延後の巻取温度を650℃以上とし、熱延板焼鈍を施す場合は、該焼鈍温度を750〜1150℃とする。【選択図】図1
