PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protease activity-promoting agent as a raw material of functionality for beauty and health.SOLUTION: The invention provides a protease activity-promoting agent containing, as an active ingredient, humic soil extract obtained by extracting with an aqueous solvent.
