Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiration assisting device capable of coping with a change in a degree of oxygen saturation in a patient's blood.SOLUTION: A respiration assisting device includes a gas pressure circuit part A for discharging gas which becomes intake air, a pulse oximeter 33 for measuring a patient's SpO2 value, and a control circuit part C for controlling discharge pressure of the gas discharged from the gas pressure circuit part A based on measurement data of the pulse oximeter 33. When the measurement data of the pulse oximeter 33 is out of a normal value, the control circuit part C controls discharge pressure of the gas discharged from the gas pressure circuit part A within a range of predetermined upper limit and lower limit so that the measurement data falls within the normal value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】患者の血液中の酸素飽和度の変動に対応できる呼吸補助装置を得る。【解決手段】吸気となる気体を吐出する気体圧回路部Aと、患者のSpO2値を測定するパルスオキシメータ33と、気体圧回路部Aから吐出される気体の吐出圧を、パルスオキシメータ33の測定データに基づいて制御する制御回路部Cとを備える。制御回路部Cは、パルスオキシメータ33の測定データが正常値を外れているときには、当該測定データが正常値となるように予め設定された上限値と下限値との範囲内で気体圧回路部Aから吐出される気体の吐出圧を制御する。【選択図】図3
