Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protected person contact tag, its operation and management system, and a protected person inquiry and notification system that can be provided at low cost without imposing a burden on a protected person and a protector and allow the protected person to be surely and quickly confirmed and protected at low cost.SOLUTION: An operation and management system creates a protected person contact tag 10 in which protected person emergency contact information including the name of a protected person, an identification number and an emergency contact destination is converted into a two-dimensional code, and printed on a tag base material 101. When the protected person wearing clothes to which the protected person contact tag 10 is firmly fixed is found and taken care of, the wandering protected person is confirmed by the name of the protected person and the identification number at an operation center device 20 using a protected person inquiry and notification system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】被保護者及び保護者に負担をかけることなく低コストで提供できるとともに被保護者の確認及び保護を低コストで確実かつ迅速に行うことができる被保護者連絡用タグ及びその運用・管理システム並びに被保護者の照会・通報システムを提供する。【解決手段】被保護者の氏名及び識別番号と緊急連絡先含む被保護者緊急連絡情報を二次元コード化してタグ基材１０１に印刷してなる被保護者連絡用タグ１０を運用・管理システムにより作製する。そして、被保護者連絡用タグ１０を固着した衣服を着用する被保護者が保護された時に被保護者照会・通報システムを利用し、運用センター装置２０に被保護者の氏名及び識別番号により徘徊する被保護者を確認するように構成した。【選択図】図５
