PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster simulation system, a vibration input device and a virtual damage output device.SOLUTION: The disaster simulation system for outputting information about damages due to a virtual earthquake to a virtual building includes: a vibration input device 1 including a display part 12 for displaying an image, and an input part 11 for receiving an input showing vibrations to the virtual building due to the virtual earthquake; and a virtual damage output device 2 having an output part 22 for outputting information about damages.
