Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple constitution capable of easily adjusting operation torque in operating a rotary knob for a rotary type operation mechanism suitably used for a camera control unit.SOLUTION: A rotary type operation mechanism is provided with an adjusting ring 120 which is provided with a projection part 107 projecting sideward at a part of a shaft 105 coupled to a knob 101, and rotates independently the shaft 105 to be displaceable along the axis of the shaft 105. The adjusting ring 120 has a surface opposed to the projection part 107 and an outer peripheral surface accepting a rotating action to vary the axial distance between the projection part 107 and a surface opposing thereto. A spring 130 is arranged between the projection part 107 and the surface opposing thereto, and the axial distance between the projection part 107 and the surface opposing thereto is varied through an action of the adjusting ring 120 so as to vary a deformation amount of the spring 130, and the load placed on the projection part 107 is thereby varied to adjust operation torque of the knob 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】カメラコントロールユニットに用いて好適な回転式操作機構において、回転式のつまみを操作する際の操作トルクを、簡単な構成で容易に調節できる構成を提供する。【解決手段】つまみ101に連結されたシャフト105の一部に、側方に張り出す張り出し部107を設けるとともに、シャフト105とは独立して回転することでシャフト105の軸方向に変位可能となるように支持された調節リング120を設ける。調節リング120は、張り出し部107と対向する面と、張り出し部107と対向面との軸方向距離を変化させる回転操作を受容する外周面と、を有する。張り出し部と対向面との間にはばね130を配置し、調節リング120の操作に応じ、張り出し部107と対向面との間の前記軸方向の距離を変化させることでばね130の変形量を変化させることにより、張り出し部107に作用する荷重を変え、つまみ101の操作トルクが調節できるようにする。【選択図】図6
