Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control component and a vibration control system of the invention having a simple mechanism and being capable of sufficiently reducing the vibration from a vibration generator system while a conventional vibration control component using a ceramic piezoelectric crystal being difficult in sufficiently reducing the vibration from the vibration generator system and a conventional vibration control component using a magnetostrictor being increasing in size along with the mechanism becomes complex.SOLUTION: A vibration control component of the invention comprises: a dielectric layer made of a dielectric elastomer; a first working electrode formed on a first face of the dielectric layer and being capable of telescopic moving in a direction parallel with the first face; a second working electrode formed on a second face which is opposite to the first face and being capable of telescopic moving in a direction parallel with the second face; a first sensor electrode formed by being insulated from the first working electrode on the first face; and a second sensor electrode formed on the second face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】セラミック圧電体を用いた従来の制振部材は、振動発生装置からの振動を十分に低減することが困難である。また、磁歪素子を用いた従来の制振部材は、機構が複雑になると共に大型化してしまう。本発明は、振動発生装置からの振動を十分に低減できると共に、機構が簡単な制振部材及び制振システムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、誘電エラストマから構成される誘電体層と、前記誘電体層の第1面に形成され、前記第1面と平行な方向に伸縮可能な第1動作電極と、前記誘電体層における前記第1面の反対側にある第2面に形成され、前記第2面と平行な方向に伸縮可能な第2動作電極と、前記第1面において前記第1動作電極と絶縁して形成された第1センサ電極と、前記第2面に形成された第2センサ電極と、を備えている制振部材である。【選択図】図3 |
