Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method enabling desired sterilization performance to be obtained even when an amount of ozone to be supplied to an object to be sterilized is suppressed.SOLUTION: The sterilization method is provided that is a sterilization method in which wet ozone gas being moisture-containing ozone gas is supplied to an object to be sterilized. The sterilization method includes: a first supply step of supplying wet ozone gas; a dew condensation removing step of removing dew condensation water due to the wet ozone gas supplied in the first supply step from the object to be sterilized; and a second supply step of restarting supply of wet ozone gas to the object to be sterilized after the dew condensation removing step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】殺菌対象物に向けてオゾンを供給する量を抑えても、所望する殺菌性能を得ることができる殺菌方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の殺菌方法は、湿度を含むオゾンガスである湿潤オゾンガスを殺菌対象物に向けて供給する殺菌方法であって、湿潤オゾンガスを供給する第1供給ステップと、湿潤オゾンガスの殺菌対象物に向けた供給を停止するとともに、第1供給ステップにより供給された湿潤オゾンガスに基づく結露水を、殺菌対象物から取り除く処理を行う結露除去処理ステップと、結露除去処理ステップの後に、殺菌対象物に向けた、湿潤オゾンガスの供給を再開する第2供給ステップと、を備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
