PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide image forming units that each can suppress the occurrence of electrostatic aggregation on a photoreceptor drum to suppress a residue from remaining where it is and suppress an external additive to a toner from passing through a cleaning member, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: There is provided image forming units each comprising: an image carrier that carries an electrostatic latent image based on print data; a removing member that is in contact with the image carrier to remove a residue remaining on the image carrier; a fixing part that fixes the removing member; a residue storage part that stores the residue removed by the removing member; and conductive members that are arranged on the residue storage part, where the conductive members release a charge on the residue to the outside.
