PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensitive element having relatively high linearity characteristics in spite of a simple structure.SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive element comprises: a first electrode including at least one protrusion portion having elasticity; a second electrode facing the first electrode with at least one protrusion portion interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and dielectric bodies being disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and including a first dielectric body and a second dielectric body. The first dielectric body is brought into contact with both of a topmost portion of at least one protrusion portion and the second electrode and positioned therebetween.
