Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detection of a sweep shape from an input three-dimensional point group while suppressing increase in the amount of calculation without registering dictionary data in advance.SOLUTION: A minimum curvature direction estimation unit 44 estimates a minimum curvature direction regarding each region. An autocorrelation value calculation unit 46 calculates the autocorrelation value of the feature quantity of a partial region for each region. A sweep shape candidate region determination unit 48 determines that each region whose autocorrelation value is larger than a threshold value is a sweep shape candidate region. A region integration processing unit 50 integrates a region determined to be the sweep shape candidate region.
