PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure etc. which achieves improvement of the work efficiency of replacement work etc.SOLUTION: A seal structure 10 seals a space between a wall body 5 of a building 1 provided with a through hole 6, which penetrates through internal and external parts of the building 1, and a pipeline 7 inserted into the through hole 6.
