Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid power shortage of a sub secondary battery in start of an engine, and start the engine with power of the sub secondary battery.SOLUTION: A stop prediction unit 222, when it is detected that a travel distance between a destination of a vehicle and a current position of the vehicle calculated by a navigator 204 is equal to or less than a predetermined distance, predicts that an engine 1 is stopped by turning an ignition SW 206 off. A secondary battery control unit 223, when the stop prediction unit 222 predicts stop of the engine 1, causes a B-ISG 2 to generate power, and causes a capacitor 4 to secure a start power amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】エンジンの始動時においてサブ蓄電池の電力不足を回避し、サブ蓄電池の電力でエンジンを始動させる。
