Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating type safety fence capable of being installed across a boundary between concrete slabs constituting a floor.SOLUTION: An elevating type safety fence 1 comprises: a pair of struts 3 arranged apart from each other and erected on a floor 2; and an elevating member 4, both ends of which are liftably supported by the struts. The elevating type safety fence also comprises a telescopic joint 5 adjustable to changes in a relative length of a distance between the paired struts 3 with respect to a length of the elevating member 4, in the case used in such a structure with the changes. The telescopic joint 5 can change the length of the elevating member 4 to suit the distance between the paired struts 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
