Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a vehicle allocation service by the unmanned driving of an automatic driving vehicle.SOLUTION: In a vehicle allocation management system configured by a vehicle allocation management server and an automatic driving vehicle in which the vehicle allocation management server allocates the automatic driving vehicle to a user on the basis of a vehicle allocation request to the vehicle allocation management server by the user, the automatic driving vehicle includes: first communication means for wirelessly communicating with the vehicle allocation management server; first storage means for preliminarily storing first information for authentication reference of the user; first authentication means for determining the propriety of authentication of the user by using acquired first information for authentication of the user and the first information for authentication reference stored in the first storage means; second authentication means for transmitting acquired second information for authentication to the vehicle allocation management server, and for determining the propriety of authentication of the user in accordance with a confirmation authentication result received from the vehicle allocation management server; and determination means for enabling the use of the own vehicle when the authentication by the first authentication means and the authentication by the second authentication means are both successful.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】自動運転車の無人運転による配車サービスを実現することができる。【解決手段】配車管理サーバと自動運転車からなり、利用者による配車管理サーバに対する配車要求に基づき、配車管理サーバが自動運転車を利用者に対して配車するようにする配車管理システムである。自動運転車は、配車管理サーバとの間で無線通信する第1の通信手段と、利用者の第1の認証参照用情報を予め記憶する第1の記憶手段と、取得した利用者の第1の認証用情報と第1の記憶手段に記憶した第1の認証参照用情報とを用いて利用者の認証の可否を判断する第1の認証手段と、取得した第2の認証用情報を配車管理サーバに送信し、これに応じて配車管理サーバから受信した確認認証結果に応じて利用者の認証の可否を判断する第2の認証手段と、第1の認証手段で認証ができ、かつ、第2の認証手段で認証ができたときに、自車の利用を可能にすると決定する決定手段とを備える。【選択図】図9
