Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic operation system that sets a planned track without impairing comfort of other vehicles.SOLUTION: A track candidate generation part (S430) generates at least one track candidate that satisfies a previously set comfort condition. An interference area acquisition part (S460-S470) sets an area, among areas around a vehicle, in which maintaining of traveling control satisfying the comfort condition is impossible in a case when the other vehicle enters the area, as an interference area, and acquires an other vehicle interference area, which is the interference area of a peripheral vehicle present around an own vehicle. An implementation propriety determination part (S480) determines that the track candidate is implementable when the track candidate generated by the track candidate generation part is present out of the other vehicle interference area acquired by the interference area acquisition part.
