Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring row mechanism capable of suppressing unevenness of needle handling, and excellent in durability and assembly.SOLUTION: A ring row mechanism 23 comprises: a fourth wheel 41 assembled to a ring row for transmitting rotation force of a step motor; a jump control lever 70 which approaches and separates with respect to the fourth wheel 41 by magnetic force; and a slide contact part 73 disposed on the jump control lever 70 and pressing a side face 41c of the fourth wheel 41 from outside to inside of a radial direction of the fourth wheel 41. On the inside of the side face 41c of the fourth wheel 41 in the radial direction, a bearing 63 formed of a magnetic material is provided. The jump control lever 70 has an arm part 71 supported rotatably around a rotation shaft P2, and extending toward a direction separating from the rotation shaft P2. The arm part 71 comprises: the slide contact part 73; and a magnet 75 sucked by the bearing 63 and pressing the slide contact part 73 against the side face 41c of the fourth wheel 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】運針ムラを抑制でき、耐久性及び組付性に優れた輪列機構を提供する。【解決手段】輪列機構23は、ステップモータの回転力を伝達する輪列に組み込まれた四番車41と、磁力により四番車41に対して接近離間する躍制レバー70と、躍制レバー70に設けられ、四番車41の側面41cを四番車41の径方向における外側から内側に向かって押圧する摺接部73と、を備える。四番車41の側面41cよりも径方向の内側には、磁性材料により形成された軸受63を備え、躍制レバー70は、回動軸P2周りに回動自在に支持されるとともに、回動軸P2から離間する方向に延出する腕部71を備えている。腕部71は、摺接部73と、軸受63により吸引されて摺接部73を四番車41の側面41cに向かって押圧する磁石75と、を備えている。【選択図】図4 |
