Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to increase a vehicle traction speed while suppressing a drop-weight falling height.SOLUTION: A collision testing device 1 comprises a drop-weight 23, a suspension part 21b, a traction rope 80 and a moving pulley device 50. The traction rope 80 transmits a falling motion of the drop-weight 23 relative to the suspension part 21b to a vehicle 11 and tows the vehicle 11 in the horizontal direction. The moving pulley device 50 comprises a fixed pulley 61 and moving pulleys (71, 73). A rotary shaft of the fixed pulley 61 is fixed to the suspension part 21b and the traction rope 80 is put on the fixed pulley 61.
