Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas burning boiler capable of performing accurate determination of the presence or non-presence of gas leakage over a valve when a fuel control valve is closed.SOLUTION: A gas burning boiler comprises air supply means, a fuel control valve, a gas sensor and over-valve gas leakage determination means. The over-valve gas leakage determination means comprises: a first detection control part for controlling the air supply means to perform first scavenging when a burner stops combustion, and subsequently controlling the gas sensor to perform first detection; a first determination part for determining that the non-presence of over-valve gas leakage is found when the first detection does not detect any leakage; a second detection control part for controlling the air supply means to perform second scavenging when leakage is detected at the first detection, and subsequently controlling the gas sensor to perform second detection; and a second determination part for determining that no over-valve gas leakage occurs when the second detection does not show any detection and in turn determining that over-valve gas leakage occurs when the second detection shows detection of leakage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】燃料制御弁の閉弁時における弁越しガス漏れの有無を精度よく判定できるガス焚きボイラを提供する。【解決手段】ガス焚きボイラは、空気供給手段と、燃料制御弁と、ガスセンサと、弁越しガス漏れ判定手段とを備え、弁越しガス漏れ判定手段は、バーナの燃焼停止時に、第1掃気を行うように空気供給手段を制御し、続いて第1検知を行うようにガスセンサを制御する第1検知制御部と、第1検知で検知されなかった場合に弁越しガス漏れが無いと判定する第1判定部と、第1検知で検知された場合に第2掃気を行うように空気供給手段を制御し、続いて第2検知を行うようにガスセンサを制御する第2検知制御部と、第2検知で検知されなかった場合に弁越しガス漏れが無いと判定し、第2検知で検知された場合に弁越しガス漏れが有ると判定する第2判定部とを含んでいる。【選択図】図3
