Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fan rotation speed to be determined even if a circumstance around an installation site is inconvenient for determining a fan rotation speed.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for determining a fan rotation speed executed by a duct-type air volume specified control type air conditioner so as to output a prescribed rated air volume. Under an assumption that the maximum air volume level is defined as the first tap and an air volume level lower than the maximum air volume is defined as the second tap, a fan is driven at the first tap to search for a fan rotation speed where a fan air volume becomes the rated air volume and if the fan rotation speed can be searched at the first tap, the fan rotation speed is determined as the fan rotation speed at the first tap and when it is detected that a state not reaching the rated air volume is continued, a changing-over to the second tap is executed, the fan is driven at the second tap to search for the fan rotation speed that the fan air volume becomes the air volume of the second tap, and the fan rotation speed searched at the second tap is determined as the fan rotation speed at the second tap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】据付現地の事情がファン回転数の決定に不都合であっても、ファン回転数の決定を可能とする。【解決手段】ダクト型で風量一定制御の空気調和機において、所定の定格風量を出力させるために空気調和機が実行するファン回転数決定方法であって、最高風量レベルを第1タップ、それより低い風量レベルを第2タップとすると、第1タップでファンを駆動し、ファンの風量が定格風量となるファン回転数を探索し、第1タップでファン回転数の探索ができれば、そのファン回転数を第1タップのファン回転数として決定し、また、定格風量に達しない状態が継続していることを検知すると、第2タップへの切り替えを実行し、第2タップでファンを駆動し、ファンの風量が第2タップの風量となるファン回転数を探索し、第2タップで探索したファン回転数を第2タップのファン回転数として決定する。【選択図】図5
