Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine with a purge shutter device which is inexpensive, can be easily applied to an existing injection molding machine, and prevents contamination caused by a purge resin on the side of a sprue bush and a cavity.SOLUTION: A purge shutter device 30 is provided between a stationary board 11 and a fixed side die 14 of a mold fastening unit 10. The purge shutter device is formed of a purge plate 31 and a purge shutter 32. When the purge plate 31 is mounted on a mounting surface 12 of the die 14 of the stationary board, the purge shutter 32 is guided by a guide groove 38 of the purge plate 31 and the mold mounting surface 12, and is driven so as to take an operation position for closing a small diameter part 21 of an injection nozzle insertion hole 20 communicated with a sprue 24 and a non-operation position for releasing the small diameter part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】安価で、既存の射出成形機にも容易に適用でき、パージ樹脂によるスプルブッシュ、キャビティ側の汚染が防止されるパージシャッタ装置付き射出成形機の提供。【解決手段】パージシャッタ装置30を、型締ユニット10の固定盤11と固定側金型14との間に設ける。前記パージシャッタ装置はパージプレ−ト31とパージシャッタ32からなる。パージプレート31を固定盤の金型14の取付面12に取り付けると、パージシャッタ32はパージプレート31のガイド溝38と金型取付面12とにより案内されて、スプル24に連通した射出ノズル挿入孔20の小径部21を閉鎖する作動位置と解放する非作動位置とを採る様に駆動される射出成形機。【選択図】図1
