Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for stacking green sheets, in which a laminate having no foreign matter mixed therein can be produced efficiently without necessitating an expensive facility or a complex constitution.SOLUTION: A stacking stage has such a structure that when the stacking stage 12 is moved along the stacking direction, a supply head 13 can be moved to the stacking direction while interposing the green sheet 1, which is positioned on the stacking stage 12, therebetween. A stage position detecting means 18 for detecting a position of the stacking stage 12 in the stacking direction and a head movement detecting means 17 for detecting the start of movement of the supply head 13 to the stacking direction are arranged. When the head movement detecting means 17 detects actually the start of movement of the supply head 13, in such a case that the position of the stacking stage 12 in the stacking direction is a position of this side closer than a preliminarily stored normal position, such a state is determined that the laminate 5, which is positioned between the supply head 13 and the stacking stage 12, contains foreign matter and a press bonding operation thereafter is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】高価な設備や複雑な構成を必要とせずに、異物の混入のない積層体を効率よく製造することが可能な、グリーンシートの積層装置を提供する。【解決手段】積層ステージ12を積層方向に沿って移動させた際に、積層ステージ12上に位置するグリーンシート1を介して供給ヘッド13が積層方向に移動できるような構造とし、積層ステージ12の積層方向の位置を検出するステージ位置検出手段18と、供給ヘッド13の積層方向への移動の開始を検出するヘッド移動検出手段17とを設け、実際にヘッド移動検出手段17が供給ヘッド13の移動開始を検出したときの、積層ステージ12の積層方向の位置が、予め記憶した正常な位置よりも手前の位置である場合には、供給ヘッド13と積層ステージ12の間に位置する積層体5が異物を含んでいるものと判断して、その後の圧着操作を停止させるようにする。【選択図】図2
