PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device with which a user may hold a guide wire with one hand operation.SOLUTION: A device 10 comprises a base part 16 having a recessed shape part 30 which is constructed to receive a part of guide wire 12 and a flexible lid 14 which is constructed to be attached on the base part. The lid comprises a main sheet part 44 covering a part of the guide wire and a plurality of finger parts 48A, 48B which are separated with a gap 49 and downwardly extend from a peripheral part of the main sheet part to surround the base part. The guide wire interposed between the lid and the base part extends through the gap between the finger members. The lid made of a sheet material may flexibly move between a closed construction in which the finger parts are inwardly crooked to be engaged with the base part and an opened construction in which the finger parts are outward crooked to release the base part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ユーザーの片手操作でガイドワイヤを拘束できる装置を提供する。【解決手段】装置１０は、ガイドワイヤ１２の一部を受容するように構成されている凹状形成物３０を有する基部１６と、基部に取り付けられるように構成されている可撓性蓋１４と、を含む。蓋は、ガイドワイヤの一部を被覆する主シート部分４４と、間隙４９によって分離され、主シート部分の周縁部から下向きに延出して基部を囲む、複数の指部４８Ａ、４８Ｂと、を有する。蓋と基部との間に挟まれたガイドワイヤは、指部材の間の間隙を通って延在する。シート材料で構成された蓋は、指部が内向きに屈曲して基部と係合する閉鎖構成と、指部を外向きに屈曲させて基部を解放する開放構成と、の間を柔軟に移動できる。【選択図】図１
