Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a DC-DC converter capable of implementing fault diagnosis of a comparator that is used for feedback control of the DC-DC converter, without causing degradation of controllability of a load.SOLUTION: Fault diagnosis means 106 implements fault diagnosis on the basis of at least any one condition among a first condition for diagnosing presence/no presence of regular ON/OFF failure occurrence during a first period in which power is not supplied to the load, a second condition for diagnosing presence/no presence of regular ON/OFF failure occurrence during a second period in which power is supplied to the load, and the second period from the time when an output voltage exceeds a predetermined upper limit threshold to the time when it drops to a predetermined lower limit threshold, and a third condition for diagnosing presence/no presence of regular fault occurrence in accordance with whether a preset threshold is deviated from a peak value of a primary-side current or not during a third period in which the power is supplied to the load, and return control of the output voltage is performed so that the output voltage returns from a voltage value equal to or lower than the predetermined lower limit threshold to a reference voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】負荷の制御性悪化を招くことなく、DC−DCコンバータのフィードバック制御に用いられるコンパレータの故障診断を実施できるDC−DCコンバータの制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】故障診断手段106は、負荷に電力を供給していない第1期間に、常時オンオフ故障発生の有無を診断する第1条件と、負荷に電力を供給しており、かつ出力電圧が所定の上限閾値を超えてから所定の下限閾値まで下降する間の第2期間に、常時オンオフ故障発生の有無を診断する第2条件と、負荷に電力を供給しており、かつ出力電圧が所定の下限閾値以下の電圧値から基準電圧となるように復帰制御されている第3期間に、設定した閾値と一次側電流のピーク値とがずれているか否かで故障発生の有無を診断する第3条件とのうち、少なくともいずれか一つの条件に基づいて故障診断を実施する。【選択図】図1 |
