Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device and illumination equipment that can enhance stability of the operation at the re-start time.SOLUTION: A lighting device 4 has a buck converter 40, a control circuit 41, a bootstrap circuit, a first control power supply circuit 42 and a second control power supply circuit 43. The bootstrap circuit is configured to generate a driving voltage HVcc which is required to perform ON/OFF operation on switching elements Q21, Q22 of the buck converter 40 by the control circuit 41. The first control power supply circuit 42 is configured to supply a first control power supply voltage Vcc to the bootstrap circuit. The second control power supply circuit 43 is configured to generate a driving voltage HVcc only when the bootstrap circuit does not normally operate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】再起動時における動作の安定性の向上を図る。【解決手段】点灯装置4は、バックコンバータ40と、制御回路41と、ブートストラップ回路と、第1制御電源回路42と、第2制御電源回路43とを備える。ブートストラップ回路は、制御回路41がバックコンバータ40のスイッチング素子Q21、Q22をオンオフ駆動するために必要な駆動電圧HVccを生成するように構成される。第1制御電源回路42は、ブートストラップ回路に第1制御電源電圧Vccを供給するように構成される。第2制御電源回路43は、ブートストラップ回路が正常に動作し得ないときにのみ、駆動電圧HVccを生成するように構成される。【選択図】 図1
