Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement efficient collation in a collation system.SOLUTION: A collation system or collation method of the present disclosure includes a first imaging unit that images a person to be collated at a position facing the person to be collated, and a second imaging unit that images a place where the person to be collated passes after being imaged by the first imaging unit. A processor compares an illuminating condition for the person to be collated, which is applied when the first imaging unit images the person to be collated, with an illuminating condition for the person to be collated which is applied when the second imaging unit images the person to be collated who passes the place, and thus calculates an illuminating condition similarity that is a similarity of the illuminating conditions. If the illuminating condition similarity exceeds a predetermined value, the processor collates a first person-to-be-collated face image, which results from imaging of the person to be collated by the first imaging unit, with a second person-to-be-collated face image which results from imaging of the person to be collated, who passes the place, by the second imaging unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】照合システムにおける効率的な照合を実現する。【解決手段】本開示の照合システム、照合方法は、被照合者を被照合者と対面する位置から撮影する第1の撮影部と、被照合者が第1の撮影部で撮影された後に通過する箇所を撮影する、第2の撮影部を含む。プロセッサは、第1の撮影部が被照合者を撮影する際の被照合者に対する照明条件と、第2の撮影部が箇所を通過する被照合者を撮影する際の被照合者に対する照明条件を比較することで照明条件の類似度である照明条件類似度を算出する。プロセッサは照明条件類似度が所定の値を越えている場合に、第1の撮影部が前記被照合者を撮影して得た第1の被照合者顔画像と、第2の撮影部が前記箇所を通過する被照合者を撮影して得た第2の被照合者顔画像との照合を行う。【選択図】図1
