Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a small electric characteristic variation due to strong exposure to light such as natural light and stray light of a fluorescent lamp and excellent in mechanical characteristics and gas resistance, and to provide an image forming apparatus mounting the electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes: a charge generating layer on an electric conductive base substance; and a charge transport layer having film thickness of 15 μm or more and 40 μm or less. In the electrophotographic photoreceptor, the charge transport layer is an outermost layer, and the charge transport layer including an inorganic filler and a hydrocarbon compound with a specific structure.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】自然光や蛍光灯の迷光のような強露光暴露による電気特性変動が少なく、機械特性と耐ガス性にも優れた電子写真感光体、及び前記電子写真感光体を搭載した画像形成装置を提供する。【解決手段】導電性基体上に電荷発生層、及び膜厚が15μm以上40μm以下である電荷輸送層を有する電子写真感光体において、該電荷輸送層が最外層であり、該電荷輸送層に無機フィラーと、特定構造の炭化水素化合物とを含有することを特徴とする、電子写真感光体。【選択図】 なし
