Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body measurement device and a living body measurement method, capable of reducing affection of pulsation, during living body measurement.SOLUTION: A living body measurement device 200 comprises: a phase modulation type interferometer 200a; a first stage 218 capable of holding an object 209; an optical window 217a which is an example of a translucent plate; and a second stage 220 for supporting the optical window 217a. The optical window 217a is disposed between the first stage 218 and the interferometer 200a, in a direction of an optical axis of measurement light of the interferometer 200a.
