Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrometric measurement device and a spectrometric measurement method with which it is possible to measure the efficiency of generating up-conversion light easily.SOLUTION: A spectrometric measurement device 1 includes a light source 10, an integrator 20, a spectroscopic detector 40, and an analysis unit 50. The integrator 20 has an inner space 21 in which a measurement object is placed, a light input unit 22 for inputting light into the inner space 21, a light output unit 23 for outputting light from the inner space 21, a sample attachment unit 24 for attaching the measurement object, and a filter attachment unit 25 for attaching a filter unit. The filter unit has a transmission spectrum in which an attenuation rate for excitation light is larger than an attenuation rate for up-conversion light, the filter unit attenuating light outputted from the light output unit 23. The analysis unit 50 analyzes the luminous efficiency of the measurement object on the basis of the spectroscopic spectral data and transmission spectral data acquired by a spectroscopic detector 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アップコンバージョン光発生効率を容易に測定することができる分光測定装置および分光測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】分光測定装置1は、光源10、積分器20、分光検出器40および解析部50を備える。積分器20は、測定対象物が配置される内部空間21と、光を内部空間21に入力する光入力部22と、内部空間21から光を出力する光出力部23と、測定対象物を取り付ける試料取付部24と、フィルタ部を取り付けるフィルタ取付部25と、を有する。フィルタ部は、励起光に対する減衰率がアップコンバージョン光に対する減衰率より大きい透過スペクトルを有し、光出力部23から出力される光を減衰させる。解析部50は、分光検出器40により取得された分光スペクトルデータ及び透過スペクトルデータに基づいて測定対象物の発光効率を解析する。【選択図】図1 |
