Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem on increase of initial torque of a bearing 1 found in a case when grease is applied to the bearing 1 by using a conventional dispenser, as the grease after coating is pressed to a cage and balls and brought into contact therewith, when a seal and a shield plate are press-fitted in a post-process.SOLUTION: In a coating device composed of a syringe filled with a high-viscous fluid, and a hollow needle attached to one end of the syringe, and discharging the high-viscous fluid through the needle to be applied to a prescribed region of a workpiece, the needle has a recessed portion recessed toward a center of the cross-sectional shape at a part of the cross-sectional shape in a plane orthogonal to a longitudinal direction, at its tip portion. Thus a recessed portion is formed also on the grease discharged from the needle, and the grease is applied in a state that the recessed portion is faced to a cage and balls, which prevents the contact of the grease with the cage and the balls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来のディスペンサーを用いて軸受1にグリースを塗布した場合、塗布後のグリースが、後工程にてシールやシールド板を圧入した際に保持器やボールに押し付けられて接触し、軸受1の初期トルクが上昇する。【解決手段】高粘性流体が充填されるシリンジと、このシリンジの一端に取り付けられる中空のニードルからなり、前記ニードルを通して前記高粘性流体を吐出し、ワークの所定の部位に塗布する塗布装置において、前記ニードルは先端部において、長手方向に直交する平面における断面形状の一部が該断面形状の中心に向かって凹んでいる凹部を有する。前記ニードルから吐出されたグリースにも凹部が形成され、前記凹部が保持器やボールと対面するようにグリースを塗布することで、グリースと保持器及びボールとの接触を防止できる。【選択図】図1
