Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional tube pump for reducing pulsation, that the whole tube pump in which a plurality of pressing rollers are arranged in parallel, must be replaced when a failure occurs in the tube pump, and the tube pump cannot be driven.SOLUTION: Rollers 6 of two tube pump rotors 7 are disposed on symmetrical positions to a rotation center of the rotors 7, and as rotation phases of rolling pressing timings of transfer tubes 8 by the rollers 6 of the rotors 7 of two tube pumps are controlled to be shifted by 90 degrees by a rotation position signal transmitted from a position sensor 16, the pulsation of the fluid distributed to a fluid outflow tube 12 from a fluid outflow port 11 of the transfer tube 8 of each tube pump is dispersed in the fluid outflow tube 12, and the pulsation of the fluid in the fluid outflow tube 12 can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 従来の脈動を低減させるチューブポンプでは、チューブポンプに不具合が生じ、チューブポンプが駆動できなくなると、複数の押圧ローラが並列に配置されたチューブポンプ全体を交換しなければならないという問題があった。【解決手段】 それぞれ2台のチューブポンプロータ7のローラ6は、ロータ7の回転中心に対して相対象位置に配置され、位置センサー16から送信された回転位置信号により、2台のチューブポンプのロータ7のローラ6による移送チューブ8の転動押圧タイミングの回転位相をそれぞれ90度ずらして制御されるので、それぞれのチューブポンプの移送チューブ8の流体流出口11から流体流出チューブ12に送り込まれた流体の脈動が流体流出チューブ12内で分散され、流体流出チューブ12内の流体の脈動を低減させることができる。【選択図】 図1
