Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deviation of an ion concentration in an electrolytic solution caused by discharge, and to suppress discharge deterioration, in a secondary battery having such as a characteristic that the ion concentration in the electrolytic solution is deviated by discharge.SOLUTION: In the case that power supply from an engine 18 to a power accumulation device 20 is stopped in a vehicle which is mounted with the engine 18, rotating electric machines 15, 16, and the power accumulation device 20 being a secondary battery, the power accumulation device 20 acquires an index value E indicating a degree of the deviation of an ion concentration in an electrolytic solution by discharge, and also acquires a shift position from a shift lever mechanism 12 of the vehicle, the acquired shift position is a neutral position, and the acquired index value E exceeds a battery deterioration generation threshold, a charge/discharge control device 40 of the on-vehicle secondary battery makes notification means 14 notify an alarm having a content for changing the neutral position to the other shift position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電解液中のイオン濃度が放電により偏る性質を有する二次電池について、放電による電解液中のイオン濃度の偏りを抑制し、放電劣化の発生を抑制することである。【解決手段】車載二次電池の充放電制御装置40は、エンジン18と回転電機15,16と二次電池である蓄電装置20を搭載する車両においてエンジン18から蓄電装置20への電力供給が停止しており、蓄電装置20が放電によって電解液中のイオン濃度が偏る程度を示す指標値Eを取得し、車両のシフトレバー機構12からシフトポジションを取得し、取得されたシフトポジションがニュートラルポジションであり、取得された指標値Eが電池劣化発生閾値を超えるときに、報知手段14に対し、ニュートラルポジションを他のシフトポジションに変更する内容の警告の報知を行わせる。【選択図】図1
