Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle warning display device for emergency in which stop display equipment is caused to appear from a vehicle without an occupant going out of the vehicle, the stop display equipment can be recognized from any direction by a following vehicle or from the surrounding without fail so that a danger is avoided and safety is secured.SOLUTION: A vehicle warning display device P for emergency includes a cylindrical balloon 10 having a light emitter 11 extending upward from a vehicle A, a gas generator 20 for generating gas to be encapsulated in the balloon 10, and a triangular display board 30 and a smoke candle 40 at the tip of the balloon. The balloon is normally folded and stored in the vehicle, and when gas is sent in by the actuation of the switch 9, it erects on the vehicle and rotates. Since the triangular display board on the vehicle is "stop display equipment" according to the law, it is highly likely that a driver of a following vehicle knows that there has occurred an accident of some kind in the preceding vehicle. Also, the stop display equipment can be recognized without fail by the light emission and smoke generation, and, can be recognized from any direction since it rotates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】緊急時、乗員が車外へ出ることなく車両から停止表示器材を出現させ、どの方向からも停止表示器材が確実に後尾車両又は周囲に確認され、かつ危険回避されて安全性を確保する。【解決手段】車両Ａから上方に延びる発光素子１１を有する筒状バルーン１０と、そのバルーン１０への封入用ガス発生器２０と、バルーンの先端の三角表示板３０及び発煙筒４０を備えた緊急時車両警告表示装置Ｐである。バルーンは、常時、折り畳まれて車両内に収納されており、スイッチ９の作動によりガスが送り込まれて車両上に起立して回転する。この車両上の三角表示板は、法令上の「停止表示器材」であるため、後尾車両の運転者は、前の車両に何らかの事故が生じたことを知る可能性が高い。また、発光及び発煙によってその確認も確実であり、回転することによって、どの方向からも確認できる。【選択図】図７
