Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel making maintenance wiper which has a polishing function of a roller surface for reducing progression of deterioration (for example, generation of heat cracking and adhesion of metal deposition) on the roller surface due to rolling operation on a dewatering wiper for removing cooling water of a steel making rolling roller, and can be simply attached to existing equipment.SOLUTION: A steel making maintenance wiper is formed by laminating a dewatering pad material 2 made of resin-impregnated felt or nonwoven fabric on a surface of polishing resin lamination molding plate 1 in which abrasive grains are evenly dispersed in the nonwoven fabric, or is formed by adhering the polishing resin lamination molding plate 1 in which the abrasive grains are evenly dispersed in the nonwoven fabric on a surface of a thermosetting resin lamination plate 3 of cloth base and, at the same time, by laminating the dewatering pad material 2 made of resin-impregnated felt or nonwoven fabric on the surface of the polishing resin lamination molding plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】製鋼用圧延機ロールの冷却水を除去する水切りワイパーに、圧延操業による圧延機ロール表面の劣化(例えばヒートクラックの発生や金属溶着物の付着)進行を軽減するためのロール表面の研磨機能を備え、既設設備に簡単に取付けることが可能な製鋼用メンテナンスワイパーを提供する。【解決手段】製鋼用メンテナンスワイパーは、砥粒が不織布中に均一に分散された研磨用樹脂積層成形板1の表面に、樹脂含浸フェルト若しくは不織布からなる水切りパッド材2が積層されたもの、あるいは布ベースの熱硬化性樹脂積層板3の片面に砥粒が不織布中に均一に分散された研磨用樹脂積層成形板1を接着するとともに、該研磨用樹脂積層成形板の表面に、樹脂含浸フェルト若しくは不織布からなる水切りパッド材2が積層されたものである。【選択図】 図1
