Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photogravure white ink composition for providing a printed layer excellent in whiteness or concealment property when laminate printing and surface printing on a substrate such as a resin film and a printed article thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a photogravure white ink composition containing a binder resin, a white pigment and an organic solvent, where a part of and all the white pigment is a coating treatment titanium oxide particle having median particle diameter of 0.50 to 0.56 μm and oil absorption amount of 36.5 to 37.5 ml/g by forming a silica layer and an alumina layer on a surface of a titanium oxide particle in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】樹脂フィルム等の基材にラミネート印刷及び表刷り印刷したときに、白色度や隠ぺい性に優れる印刷層を得るためのグラビア白色インキ組成物及びその印刷物を得ること。【解決手段】バインダー樹脂、白色顔料及び有機溶剤を含有し、前記白色顔料の一部又は全部が、酸化チタン粒子の表面にシリカ層及びアルミナ層を順に形成してなるメディアン粒子径が0.50〜0.56μm、吸油量が36.5〜37.5ml/gの被覆処理酸化チタン粒子であることを特徴とするグラビア白色インキ組成物。【選択図】なし |
