Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking system which can improve picking operability.SOLUTION: A picking system 1 is provided with storage shelf means, and the storage shelf means comprises a plurality of zones having a plurality of frontages. Control means of the picking system 1 searches for a zone where commodities in number over the number of usable frontages are allocated after allocating commodities to each worker. When one of zones where commodities in number over the number of usable frontages are allocated is detected, the control means performs commodity replacement processing between the zone and another zone where the commodities in number below the number of usable frontages are allocated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】ピッキング作業性の向上を図ることができるピッキングシステムを提供する。【解決手段】ピッキングシステム１は収納棚手段を備え、この収納棚手段は複数の間口を有する複数のゾーンで構成する。ピッキングシステム１の制御手段は、作業者に対して作業者別に商品を割り当てた後、使用可能間口数を上回る商品数を割り付けたゾーンを検索する。制御手段は、使用可能間口数を上回る商品数を割り付けた一のゾーンを検出した場合に、使用可能間口数を下回る商品数を割り付けた他のゾーンとの間で商品入れ替え処理を実行する。【選択図】図１１
