Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the shift operation of a gear shift lever to a high-speed reverse position without increasing an operation load for an operator even in a steering wheel noninversion working state.SOLUTION: The shift restriction mechanism includes a first shift restriction member 24 for restricting the shift operation of a main gear shift lever 9 to a high-speed reverse position in a steering wheel inversion working state, and a second shift restriction member 25 for restricting the shift operation of the main gear shift lever 9 to a high-speed reverse position in a steering wheel noninversion working state.
