PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous film that has excellent water pressure resistance and moisture permeability, has lamination workability on a nonwoven fabric because of high strength at 2% elongation, reduces a stuffy feeling when worn to give wearing comfort, and is fit for a base material for protective clothing and others, and a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet, a complex and protective clothing prepared therewith.SOLUTION: A porous film has a moisture permeability (T) of 300 g/m/hour or more, a water pressure resistance (P) of 40 kPa or more, satisfying P≥20,000/T, where strength at 2% elongation is 20-40 MPa in both longitudinal direction and width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】耐水圧および透湿性に優れ、２％伸長時の強度が高いことから不織布とのラミネート加工性に優れ、着用した際の蒸れ感を軽減し着衣快適性に優れた防護服の基材などに好適な多孔性フィルムおよびそれを用いた透湿防水シート、複合体および防護服を提供すること。【解決手段】透湿度（Ｔ）が３００ｇ／ｍ２・時以上、耐水圧（Ｐ）が４０ｋＰａ以上であり、Ｐ≧２０，０００／Ｔを満たす多孔性フィルムであって、長手方向および幅方向の２％伸長時の強度が共に２０〜４０ＭＰａである多孔性フィルムとする。【選択図】なし
