Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a vibration motor in a radial direction while inhibiting a decrease in a vibration amount.SOLUTION: A vibration motor 1 comprises: a base part 12 which extends in a direction perpendicular to a central axis extending a vertical direction; a shaft 15 with a lower limit being fastened to the base part, which projects upward along the central axis; a circuit board 13 arranged on the base part; a coil part 14 which is attached on the circuit board to face the shaft in a radial direction across a gap; a bearing part 21 rotatably attached to the shaft above the coil part; a rotor holder 16 attached to the bearing part; a magnet part 17 and an eccentric weight 18 which are attached to the rotor holder; a spacer 22 which attached to the shaft between the bearing part and the coil part and has a top face contacting an undersurface of the bearing part; and a cover part 11 which covers at least a part of an upper side and a lateral side of each of the rotor holder and the eccentric weight and which is fixed to an upper limit of the shaft and an outer edge of the base part, in which an undersurface of the spacer faces a top face of the coil part in a vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】振動量の減少を抑制しつつ、振動モータを径方向に小型化する。【解決手段】振動モータ1は、上下方向を向く中心軸に対して垂直に広がるベース部12と、ベース部に下端が固定され、中心軸に沿って上方へと突出するシャフト15と、ベース部上に配置される回路基板13と、回路基板上に取り付けられ、シャフトと空隙を介して径方向に対向するコイル部14と、コイル部よりも上方にてシャフトに対して回転可能に取り付けられる軸受部21と、軸受部に取り付けられるロータホルダ16と、ロータホルダに取り付けられる磁石部17および偏心錘18と、軸受部とコイル部との間にてシャフトに取り付けられ、上面が軸受部の下面に接するスペーサ22と、ロータホルダおよび偏心錘の上方および側方の少なくとも一部を覆い、シャフトの上端およびベース部の外縁部に固定されるカバー部11とを備え、スペーサの下面は、コイル部の上面と上下方向に対向する。【選択図】図2
