Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an area suitable for one's lifestyle, without a user input.SOLUTION: A residential area selection device 100 comprises: a first exclusion unit; a calculation unit; a second exclusion unit; and an output unit. The first exclusion unit excludes information corresponding to a route position of public transport means, out of pieces of positional information of a portable terminal associated with user identification information for each time. The calculation part calculates movement speed of the portable terminal for each time, based on the excluded positional information of the portable terminal for each time. The second exclusion part excludes data including feature information of an area where a user cannot move easily unless the user uses a private vehicle, out of a list of data in which an area name and feature information of an area are associated, when the movement speed of the portable terminal calculated for each time is equal to or less than a first value. 【課題】ユーザ入力なしに生活スタイルに合う地域を選択させること。【解決手段】居住地域選択装置100は、第1の除外部と、算出部と、第2の除外部と、出力部とを有する。第1の除外部は、利用者の識別情報と紐づいた携帯端末の時刻毎の位置情報から、公共交通機関の路線位置に対応する情報を除外する。算出部は、除外された携帯端末の時刻毎の位置情報から、前記携帯端末の時刻毎の移動速度を算出する。第2の除外部は、前記時刻毎に算出された前記携帯端末の移動速度が第1の値以下のとき、地域名と地域の特徴情報とが紐づいたデータのリストから、自家用車を用いないと苦になる地域の特徴情報を含むデータを除外する。出力部は、残った地域の特徴情報と紐づいた地域名を出力する。【選択図】図1 |
