Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical multi-chamber container which eliminates a process for filling a space part of a container body with sterilization water from a lower end part opening and prevents adhesion of the sterilization water to a site subjected to heat-sealing for preventing poor sealing occurring in a lower end part seal part, and a method for manufacturing the medical multi-chamber container.SOLUTION: A discharge port 17 is moved while keeping a horizontal position and is inserted into a lower end part opening 47. A small diameter part 41 is sandwiched together with a lower end part of a container body 3 by heads Ha, Hb of a sealing device for heat-sealing. As a result, a fixed seal part 11c of a lower end side seal part 11 is formed by heat-sealing the lower end part opening 47 to seal the lower end part opening 47 and to heat weld the discharge port 17 to the fixed seal part 11c. Since an accumulation part 45 of the discharge port 17 communicates a space part 29 through a cylindrical member 31, sterilization water W is added to the inside of the space part 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下端部開口から容器本体の空間部へ滅菌用水を充填するための工程を省略でき、しかも滅菌用水がヒートシールを行う部位に付着するのを防ぐことができて下端部シール部にシール不良が生じるのを防止することが可能な医療用複室容器、当該医療用複室容器の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】水平姿勢を保ったまま排出ポート17を移動して、下端部開口47へ挿入する。そして、シール装置のヘッドHa、Hbによって容器本体3の下端部と共に小径部41を挟み、ヒートシールする。これにより、下端部開口47をヒートシールし下端側シール部11の固定シール部11cを形成して、下端部開口47を封止すると共に排出ポート17を固定シール部11cに熱溶着する。排出ポート17の貯留部45は筒状部材31を介して空間部29に連通しているので、空間部29内に滅菌用水Wが添加されることになる。【選択図】 図1 |
