PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI apparatus excellent in operability.SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus comprises an input-output device, a magnetic field generating device, a high-frequency magnetic field pulse generating device, an image generating device and a control device. Imaging parameters include: an imaging parameter regarding a hardware item for controlling a pulse sequence; and an imaging parameter regarding a subject's burden item. When the imaging parameter for the hardware item does not meet an imaging realization condition, the control device obtains a resolution enabling the imaging parameter to meet the imaging realization condition, and then outputs it to the input-output device. When the imaging parameter for the subject's burden item does not meet the imaging realization condition after the imaging parameter regarding the hardware item meets the imaging realization condition, the control device calculates a resolution enabling the parameter of the subject's burden item to meet the imaging realization condition, and then outputs it to the input-output device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】操作性の優れたＭＲＩ装置を提供すること。【解決手段】入出力装置と磁場発生装置と高周波磁場パルス発生装置と画像生成装置と制御装置とを備え、撮像パラメータは、パルスシーケンスを制御するハードウエア項目に関する撮像パラメータと被検体負担項目に関する撮像パラメータとを有し、前記制御装置は、前記ハードウエア項目の撮像パラメータが撮像可能条件を満足しない場合に前記撮像パラメータが前記撮像可能条件を満足するための解を求めて前記入出力装置に出力し、前記前記ハードウエア項目に関する撮像パラメータが前記撮像可能条件を満足した後に、前記被検体負担項目の撮像パラメータが撮像可能条件を満足しない場合に前記被検体負担項目の撮像パラメータが前記撮像可能条件を満足する解を演算して、前記入出力装置に出力することを特徴とする磁気共鳴イメージング装置。【選択図】図５
