Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an inductor capable of ensuring balance between the quality and the manufacturing cost of the inductor.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an inductor includes: a plating step to form a coil pattern on a base plate by allowing a plating to grow on a conductor pattern on the base plate; a removal step to, when a plating residue is adhered on the coil pattern, remove the plating residue from the coil pattern; an alarm step to, when the removal times or removal amount of the plating residue exceeds a first threshold level, output a cleaning request alarm to require cleaning of a plating bath.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】インダクタの品質と製造コストのバランスを両立できるインダクタの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】インダクタの製造方法は、基板上に形成された導体パターンをめっき成長させて、基板上にコイルパターンを形成するめっき工程と、コイルパターンにめっき残渣が付着している場合に、コイルパターンからめっき残渣を除去する除去工程と、めっき残渣を除去した除去回数又はめっき残渣の除去量が第１の閾値を超えた場合に、めっき槽の清掃を要求する清掃要求アラームを出力するアラーム工程と、を備える。【選択図】図６
