PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic sustaining smooth feeling without causing stringing.SOLUTION: An oily cosmetic contains a block polymer comprising a polymer segment A including a constitutional unit represented by a general formula (1) and a polymer segment B including the constitutional unit represented by the general formula (1) and a constitutional unit represented by a general formula (2).
