Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control device, a power control system and a power storage device, capable of charging and discharging a storage battery provided in other than a vehicle using the same connection interface as a vehicle charger.SOLUTION: A resistor R4 of a power storage device 4a generates a voltage signal to be input to a signal terminal 26 of a charge/discharge connector 20 provided in a power control device 1a. When a photo coupler j1 of the power control device 1a detects the voltage signal input to the signal terminal 26, a CPU 121 of a charge/discharge control unit 12 starts to charge or discharge a storage battery 40 through power terminals 21, 22 of the charge/discharge connector 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両用の充電器と同一の接続インタフェースを用いて、車両以外の蓄電池に対する充放電を行うことが可能な電力制御装置、電力制御システム及び蓄電装置を提供する。【解決手段】蓄電装置4aの抵抗器R4が、電力制御装置1aが備える充放電コネクタ20の信号端子26に入力されるべき電圧信号を発生させる。電力制御装置1aのフォトカプラj1が、信号端子26に入力された電圧信号を検出した場合、充放電制御部12のCPU121が充放電コネクタ20の電力端子21,22を介して蓄電池40に対する充電又は放電を開始する。【選択図】図1
