Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat device excellent in heat dissipation characteristics for dissipating heat of a heating element, and flexibility, while furthermore dealing with compaction and high density of the heating element.SOLUTION: An exhaust heat device 100 has a heat conductor 10 where a plurality of a strips 40, each consisting of a graphite sheet 11 and a film 12 covering the graphite sheet 11, are laminated. Respective layers the strip 40 are laminated not to adhere, and the junctions at one and the other ends of the strip 40 are connected, respectively, with a heating element 20 and a heat dissipator 30, so that respective layers of the strip 40 adhere each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】発熱体の熱を放熱するための放熱特性および可撓性に優れ、さらに発熱体の小型化および高密度化に対応する排熱デバイスを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明にかかる排熱デバイス100は、帯状のグラファイトシート11と、グラファイトシート11を被覆するフィルム12とからなる帯状体40が複数積載された熱伝導体10を有し、帯状体40の各層間は密着しないように積載され、帯状体40の一端及び他端の接合部は帯状体40の各層間が密着するように発熱体20及び放熱体30にそれぞれ接続されている。【選択図】図1
