Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint and a simple joint installation structure capable of facilitating installation of the joint, downsizing the same and sufficiently and reliably holding an inner cylinder member.SOLUTION: A joint 1 comprises: an inner cylinder member 2; and an outer cylinder member 3 which forms an insertion space 11 to insert a pipe body 8 with respect to the inner cylinder member 2. The inner cylinder member 2 has: an inner cylinder small diameter section 22 which is inserted inside a second storage section 72 of an installation storage section 70 of an installation member 7; and an inner cylinder large diameter section 21 which has an outer diameter larger than that of the inner cylinder small diameter section 22 and is inserted inside a first storage section 71 of the installation storage section 70. The outer cylinder member 3 has an outer cylinder insertion section 31 which is arranged outside the inner cylinder small diameter section 22 and inserted inside the second storage section 72 together with the inner cylinder small diameter section 22. The outer diameter of the inner cylinder large diameter section 21 is smaller than that of the outer cylinder insertion section 31. A retaining member 41 to prevent the outer cylinder insertion section 31 from being pulled out is arranged between the outer cylinder insertion section 31 and the second storage section 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な構造であって、組み付け容易化及び小型化を図ることができ、かつ、内筒部材を十分かつ確実に保持できる継手及び継手取付構造を提供すること。【解決手段】継手1は、内筒部材2と、内筒部材2との間に管体8を挿入配置する挿入空間11を形成する外筒部材3とを有する。内筒部材2には、取付部材7の取付収容部70の第2収容部72の内側に挿入配置される内筒小径部22と、内筒小径部22よりも外径が大きく、取付収容部70の第1収容部71の内側に挿入配置される内筒大径部21とが設けられている。外筒部材3には、内筒小径部22の外側に配置され、かつ、内筒小径部22と共に第2収容部72の内側に挿入配置される外筒挿入部31が設けられている。内筒大径部21の外径は、外筒挿入部31の外径よりも小さい。外筒挿入部31と第2収容部72との間には、外筒挿入部31の抜けを防止するための抜け止め部材41が配設される。【選択図】図1 |
